What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft, ensuring all work meets FAA regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize your strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to reference technical materials and ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams with precision.
• Conduct performance runs and assist in completing annual inspections with limited supervision.
• Tag and preserve all parts correctly, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Notify the lead technician of any conditions that could delay task completion.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FAA A&P Certification: Required to perform the duties of this role.
• Advanced Skills: Including those gained through progression in previous roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and aircraft wiring diagrams.
• A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
