Job Summary We are looking for a new addition to the team, ideally someone with dental office experience. We are looking for a motivated dental treatment coordinator. We are interested in someone who is capable in presenting and closing treatment with patients. Someone who is comfortable with dental codes. Also, someone capable in answering phone calls, scheduling patients, processing third pater financing plans. We offer many different types of financing plans. We are willing to train and teach the right candidate if needed. We are looking for someone bilingual; fluent in spanish and English. We use OPEN DENTAL software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend as needed Experience: Dental Treatment Coordinator: 3 years (Required) Open Dental: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently using OPEN DENTAL software. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information, including vital signs and medical imaging data. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally, providing information about services offered. Process payments and insurance claims accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room. Support additional administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with dental procedures such as Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Prosthodontics, and X-Ray operations is a plus. Proficient in using practice management software such as OPEN DENTAL; experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and scheduling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. A compassionate demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding patient care.
