Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drywall surfaces for finishing by sanding, taping, and mudding joints.
• Apply finishing techniques such as skim coating, patching, and touch-ups to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
• Interpret project specifications to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to OSHA standards.
• Travel to various job sites, with paid per diem for travel and lodging expenses.

Qualifications

• Required License: Drywall Finisher Certification.
• Prior experience in drywall finishing or a similar role is preferred but not required - we'll teach you our way!
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
