Compensation:

$85,000 - $178,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads to prospect potential clients in the Palos Verdes, CA area
  • Participate in training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills in the real estate industry
  • Follow up persistently on leads until appointments are secured with either a listing or buyer's agent
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
  • Utilize the CRM system to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date for agents
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments
Qualifications:
  • To be eligible for this Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent position in Palos Verdes, CA, US, you need to either have a valid Real Estate License or show a willingness to obtain one
