Investment firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Senior Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic role where you'll be exposed and integrated into various aspects of the business, supporting investment activities and investor relations. Provide high-touch support to the two Executives through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning. There will also be a very light office management component for their 5-person office. Someone with strong judgment, who takes pride in anticipating needs, and understands how to maximize an executive's time and impact. This is a primarily in-office role based in the Presidio. 150-160K DOE + generous benefits, bonus eligibility, 401k, and flexible PTO. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, high-touch executive support to two Senior Executives. Proactively manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate meeting logistics, ensuring the Executives are prepared and informed about status updates. Support investment team processes, including deal sourcing, company evaluations, and investment activities as interested. Assist with investor relations initiatives, including planning annual LP meetings, leadership gatherings, and supporting PR/communications efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact of the firm in San Francisco, managing office operations and greeting visitors with exceptional professionalism. Collaborate seamlessly with other EAs to ensure aligned support across offices. Manage light office operations including supplies, lunch coordination, and general maintenance. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience providing Executive Assistant support to senior leaders. Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on providing thoughtful, high-level support. Exceptional proactivity and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated capacity to anticipate needs and create solutions before being asked. Outstanding judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively. Polished professional presence and exceptional interpersonal skills. Experience supporting and interacting with high-profile executives and stakeholders.
