Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive-level roles within the Food and Beverage and CPG industries, from sourcing to final placement.
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to align with client needs, while understanding their company culture and industry-specific challenges.
  • Source and identify high-caliber candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and headhunting methods.
  • Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline to meet the current and future hiring needs of clients in the Food and Beverage and CPG sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluations, and reference checks to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and new recruitment practices within the Food and Beverage and CPG industries to drive a competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of full life cycle recruitment, preferably in Food and Beverage, CPG, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the nuances of executive search.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sales acumen.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with high-level executives and clients.
