Your Role:

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide specialized care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, offering individualized support.
• Monitor and report on clients' physical and emotional well-being to ensure their safety.
• Offer assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Build strong, caring relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans closely to deliver the highest quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant certification (NAC, HCA, etc.).
• Skills: Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
• Character: Compassion, patience, dependability, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation for any driving duties.
• Safety: Ability to pass a background check.
