As a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department (both pediatrics and adults), ensuring top-notch care for patients requiring respiratory support. Requirements:

• Acute Care Experience
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
• RRT Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• Strong Clinical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of respiratory therapies and technologies.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
