Key Role: Provide strategic and tactical advice and develop learning solutions on learning technology systems, including learning management systems (LMS) and Cloud-based technologies, to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Apply specific functional, working, or general industry knowledge. Develop and contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, as needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products. Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements. Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment. Experience using Microsoft Office. Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology. Additional Qualifications: Experience delivering professional services to the federal government. Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites. Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data-gathering skills. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology. Project Management Certification. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
