The Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) role offers mental health professionals the opportunity to launch or grow a private practice with the support of Headway. Clinicians are provided with tools for insurance credentialing and billing, allowing for flexible hours and care delivery via telehealth. Headway aims to enhance access and affordability in mental healthcare while helping counselors expand their caseloads with marketing support and patient referrals.

Wage: Between $86-$130 an hour

We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance

Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
