Are you ready to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a dynamic facility? As a Plant Operator , you'll be the cornerstone of our plant's operations, responsible for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment. Your role is crucial in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and productivity of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Monitor and oversee all aspects of plant operations.
• Equipment Management: Assist with the startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Process Improvement: Conceptualize and recommend strategies for plant improvements.
• Site Inspections: Conduct thorough site inspections and audits.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative measures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitoring: Observe gauges, dials, switches, alarms, and other indicators to ensure proper machine functionality.
• Training: Train new hires and provide cross-training for existing staff.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Requirements & Skills:

• Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in math and technical subjects is advantageous.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Training: Extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Safety Standards: Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
• Policy Adherence: Ability to understand, follow, and apply policies and operating procedures.
• Independence & Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Record Keeping: Up-to-date maintenance of records and data.
• Safety Commitment: A strong commitment to working in a safety-conscious environment.
