ROLE PROFILE

Wise Financial is a leading comprehensive private wealth management firm committed to providing tailored financial solutions and extraordinary client experience to high-net-worth individuals and families. A dynamic and experienced leading provider, the Private Wealth Associate Advisor (PWAA), using broad investment products and exceptional customer service, will drive client relationship growth while delivering outstanding financial guidance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with the firms with existing clients to deeply understand their financial objectives, life stages, and evolving needs, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and growth assets under management.

· Provide strategic advice on investment opportunities, asset allocation, risk management, estate planning, tax strategies, and other financial matters to help clients achieve their long-term objectives.

· Develop and execute personalized wealth management plans tailored to the client’s unique financial circumstances, incorporating investment strategies, risk management, estate planning, and tax optimization.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams and external specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that exceed client expectations.

· Continuously maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge advice and insights to clients.

· Regularly review and adjust clients’ portfolios in response to changes in the market, life events, or economic conditions.

· Uphold compliance standards and ethical guidelines while delivering high-quality advice.

· Cultivate new growth relationships through networking events, referrals, and participation in industry events to expand the firm’s relationship opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's degree or CFP/CFA certification preferred)

· Experience in wealth management and proven record of success in wealth management or financial advisory roles with a focus on cultivating and expanding client relationships.

· Series 7, 65, and/or 66 securities licenses required; CFP certification or similar advanced designation preferred.

  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, rapport, and credibility with high-net-worth clients.

· Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, estate planning, and tax optimization techniques.

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.

· Impeccable attention to detail.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

· Total Compensation $120,000-$150,000 commensurate with experience ($110,000 - $130,000 base salary plus 10-15% bonus compensation).

· Additional compensation for bringing a book of business.

· Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

GROWTH PATH

· As a Private Wealth Advisor with Wise Financial, you will continually development your financial expertise, relationship management skills, and business acumen. The growth path involves gaining deeper knowledge of wealth management strategies, acquiring larger and more complex clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year plus 10-15% bonus
