Job Description

Our client is a leading SAAS company specializing in innovative solutions for the advertising technology industry. They are seeking a highly skilled contract Project Manager to join the team for a one-year project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in updating and upgrading legacy/core products and ensuring a seamless rollout to clients as they adopt the enhanced solutions. The selected candidate will also support system migrations from a legacy platform. This remote Project Manager position is an open-ended contract with the potential for extension. Compensation for this position ranges from $38-42/hr.



Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure successful product updates and upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project status and address any potential issues or roadblocks
• Efficiently allocate resources, both human and technical, to meet project goals within the specified timeframe
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth progression and delivery
• Oversee testing processes to guarantee the quality and functionality of updated products meet or exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication with clients to gather feedback, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction with the updated solutions

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience within advertising/marketing technology industry required
• Demonstrated experience managing system migration efforts
• Strong understanding of SAAS product development and deployment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and deliver results within a specified timeframe
• Familiarity with legacy system updates and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
