Experience Required

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to bridge the gap between our business needs and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement Salesforce functionalities that drive efficiency and support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce applications and processes.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
•Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Salesforce capabilities, recommending improvements and optimizations.
•Design and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports to meet business needs.
•Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
•Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for Salesforce enhancements and customizations.
•Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
•Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
•Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
•Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and Salesforce configurations.

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year Tata Consultancy Service Limited
