Soliant Education is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bilingual Math Teacher (Spanish) to join our team in Dobbs Ferry, NY. This full-time, full-year position offers a rewarding opportunity to teach secondary students in a bilingual environment, fostering their mathematical skills and academic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Deliver engaging math lessons in both Spanish and English to secondary students.
• Lesson Planning: Create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assessment: Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaboration: Work with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance the educational experience.
• Classroom Environment: Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and success.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Certification: Valid NY State teaching certification.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Previous experience teaching secondary math in a bilingual setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Contract Details:

• Duration: Full-time hours for the entire academic year.
• Type: Contracted hourly position through Soliant Education.
• pensation: petitive hourly rate with benefits package.
