Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in is seeking a full-time spa manager for our newly opened spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented , and growth minded with a proven background in sales management , spa operations , and customer service .

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

• Membership Conversion You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to welcome, empower, and connect with your clients.
• Revenue Understand how to drive revenue via maximizing the schedule, marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting Passion for building a team of spa professionals!
• Operations Measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 3 to 5 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
• Flexible schedule this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
• Strong and clear communication skills
