CSI Companies is hiring a Sr. Epic Analyst (Radiant) for our large healthcare client, ranked of the #1 hospital in Texas for Patient Care & Quality. Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, standard business hours Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX Pay: $95-115K based on experience and education Position Type: Direct Hire Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst (Radiant) with a strong background in Epic integrations and the Radiant application. This position requires expertise in managing complex integrations with third-party systems like PACS and dictation, as well as strong experience in Decision Trees, Epic reporting tools (e.g., SlicerDicer), and HL7 messaging. The ideal candidate will be Radiant certified and have experience supporting Radiology workflows, modalities, and user types. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support projects involving integration and third-party considerations. Job Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support and configuration for Radiant application and integrations. Develop, troubleshoot, and support complex integrations with PACS, dictation, and other systems. Manage third-party projects related to Radiology IT. Collaborate with internal teams to define, configure, and implement Radiology workflows. Create and maintain configuration solutions and oversee large-scale system implementations. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions for internal stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and team members. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of IT, clinical, or business workflow experience, with specific expertise in Epic Radiant. Radiant certification required (Epic), with certification maintenance within 6 months. Strong Epic integration and HL7 messaging experience. Expertise in Radiology workflows and application support. Ability to troubleshoot and provide expert-level technical solutions. Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information: Must be local to the Houston area or willing to relocate by March 1 st as in the beginning you will be onsite often; from there it will be for Go-Lives and occasional meetings. This role may require travel within the Houston metropolitan area and occasionally outside of the area. On-call availability may be required during emergencies (e.g., disasters, severe weather).
