### What You'll Do (Training Provided!):
- Assist with maintaining the general ledger, ensuring journal entries are accurate and complete.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements.
- Help prepare key financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjusting entries and preparing audit reports.

### What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of accounting experience (AP, AR, or junior accountant experience is a plus!).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic Excel skills and comfort with technology.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
